We realize that we can't be all things to all people, but that will never stop us from trying. There are many things we do differently than most shops. For instance:
- As of March 1, 2006, all parts and labor are now covered by warranty for at least 2 years or 24,000 miles. As a bonus for existing customers, this new warranty is retroactive for all jobs performed since July 11, 2005. (The previous warranty was 1 year or 12,000 miles).
- Customers are the lifeblood of our entire organization. We realize that you, the customer, largely determine our overall success and failure as a business. This is why we care so much about your satisfaction.
- Everest will never install a part on your vehicle that performs below the standards set by the original vehicle manufacturer. All parts we supply are of the highest quality, which means they last longer, perform better, and are ultimately more cost effective.
- Everest technicians are the best of the best. They take pride in every job - big or small. Our technicians are not financially incented to recommend or perform work that isn't truly necessary for vehicle safety or reliability.
- Our shop is the cleanest and most comfortable repair facility imaginable because our customers and employees deserve nothing less.
- Our job is not simply to fix what is broken. Our ultimate responsibility is ensure that you, your family, and your friends are driving in the safest and most reliable vehicle possible. We don't believe in cutting corners or compromising quality for the sake of time.
